they must have the right knowledge and right views, and have no bad habits;

they must have a deep understanding of "take the Buddha's heart and the master's commitment as one's own," carefully follow the Master's teachings, and be decorous and proper in their words and actions; and

they must maintain a sincere and trustworthy spirit in their work, and undergo at least six months of training.

receive donations and spread the spirit of kindness, compassion, joy and giving in order to give happiness and eliminate suffering;

find and follow up on low-income households;

visit the sick and victims of disasters.
In addition, commissioners should participate in all activities and meetings at their branch offices. They are also duty-bound to help promote all affairs of the foundation.
